Our Guardian Home Program allows select families to raise and love a top-quality Golden Retriever while partnering with us to preserve the breed’s best qualities. This program helps us ensure our breeding dogs live their best lives while continuing to improve Golden Retriever bloodlines.
How It Works
Guardian families receive a pick-of-the-litter puppy at no cost, with the understanding that the dog will remain part of our breeding program for a set number of litters. Once their breeding career is complete, we cover the cost of spaying or neutering, and the dog becomes fully yours.
What It Means to Be a Guardian
As a Guardian, you provide a loving, stable home while we handle all breeding-related costs, including genetic health testing and reproductive care. You’ll be responsible for everyday expenses like food, regular vet visits, and grooming.
Guardian families must:
- Live in Southern California and be able to transport the dog when needed.
- Have a fully fenced yard and provide a safe, loving environment.
- Follow our nutrition and health guidelines to ensure optimal well-being.
- Maintain open communication with us, especially during heat cycles and pregnancies.
